The ketogenic diet (or keto diet, for short) is a low carb, high fat diet that offers many health benefits.
I have removed ALL carbohydrates from my recipe (not replaced with gram flour), no sugar or sweetener added and no raisins instead I have added walnuts in this.
This recipe is still packed full of nuts and seeds and the all important ghee as healthy fats are good in keto.
